The girls from Kings Oak Academy represented Bristol Rovers in the Area Finals of the 2022/23 EFL Girls Cup held at South Bristol Sports Centre.
The girls qualified for the second round of the tournament after winning the local round held at Lockleaze Sports Centre where over a hundred girls took part.
Bristol Rovers were drawn against Portsmouth, Plymouth Argyle, Newport County and Swansea City, eventually finishing in 4th place of group B. The girls may have been knocked out of the competition but they did themselves, their school and the club proud! Well done, girls!
