Samantha’s journey with Bristol Rovers began when she was approached by Hayley from the Bristol Rovers Community Trust. From the outset, she was particularly drawn to supporting the Bristol Rovers Women's team, an interest rooted in her own love for football.
"I was delighted when Hayley first reached out to me," Samantha recalls. "I was particularly interested in supporting the Bristol Rovers Women. I loved to play football when I was younger but never had the opportunity to play for a football club team."
This personal connection to the sport made it a natural choice for Sam to sponsor players Rhianne Bourne-Hallett and Kirsten Prior during the 2023/2024 season.
As Sam delved deeper into the activities of the Bristol Rovers Community Trust, her admiration for the Trust's work grew. "As I continue to learn more and more about the four quarters of the Bristol Rovers Community Trust, it amazes me every day how much the Trust supports people in our community," she says.
This admiration has progressed into a proud partnership with the Trust, with Sam and her team at Crystal Business Finance SW actively involved in supporting various community initiatives, and was instrumental in supporting the Community Trust to purchase a brand-new mini-bus.
