Bristol Rovers Community Trust was proud to support the Grand Iftar at the Memorial Stadium, an inspiring evening of unity, reflection, and community spirit. Hosted in collaboration with Bristol Rovers Football Club and Bristol Muslim Strategic Leadership Group, the event welcomed over 100 guests from diverse backgrounds to break fast together in a celebration of Ramadan.
The evening was a tremendous success, bringing together fans, local faith groups, and community leaders in a truly special occasion that showcased the power of togetherness. Attendees enjoyed a warm and inclusive atmosphere, with engaging discussions and delicious food served to mark the breaking of the fast.
In attendance was Bristol Rovers first-team player Kamil Conteh, who took time to engage with guests, learn more about the significance of Ramadan, and show his support for the club’s ongoing commitment to inclusivity and cultural awareness.
Bristol Rovers Community Trust is committed to ensuring that football is for everyone, and events like the Grand Iftar highlight the incredible role that sport can play in bringing people together.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and made the night so memorable!
